Welcome

Welcome to CREOL & FPCE, The College of
Optics and Photonics. "Optics and photonics" is
commonly defined as the technology and field of
science & engineering dealing with the generation, transmission, manipulation, detection, and utilization of radiant energy (light) whose quantum unit is the photon. The vision of the College is to be the world's leader in education, research, scholarship, and partnership in optics and photonics. Learn more about us and how we are realizing this vision by exploring this website, and even better, visiting us to see our impressive 123,000 ft2 facilities, explore potential collaborative partnerships, or join our graduate program.
